Our Rice Vinegar is produced by one of the oldest vinegar makers in Italy, a firm with a long tradition, established in 1871. No chemicals are used in any of the processing steps. Adjuvants, such as enzymes and yeasts, are produced without genetic modification.
This implies longer production times and higher production costs. We also analyze the end product, to ensure that there are no residues of substances that may have migrated from the metal containers used in processing.
